123.01 FEES FOR COPIES OF REPORTS.

(a) Copies of reports from Municipal offices of the City shall be furnished to persons requesting the same, for a charge equal to the actual cost of copying. Actual costs shall not include any labor costs regarding employee time.

(b) No charge shall be made for furnishing copies of reports to any department of the City or to any police department of any other municipality or to any State or Federal law enforcement agency.
