The Fourth Ward shall contain all the corporation territory south of the following line: starting at a point in the centerline of West Tiffin Street at South Myrtle Avenue, then westerly on West Tiffin Street to the centerline of Euclid Street, then south to the centerline of West High Street, then west to the centerline of South Main Street, then north to the centerline of West Laurel Street, then west on the centerline of West Laurel Street to the corporation limits as may be extended; and all of the corporation territory west of the following line: then southerly along the centerline of South Myrtle Avenue and an imaginary extension thereof to the corporation limit as may be extended.
