The Third Ward shall contain all of the corporation territory south of the following line: starting at a point at the centerline of East Tiffin Street at South Myrtle Avenue, then easterly on East Tiffin Street to the intersection of East Tiffin Street and the centerline of the CSX Transportation railroad tracks, then southeast along the centerline of the CSX Transportation railroad lines to the corporation limits as may be extended; and all of the corporation territory east of the following line, until said property reaches the centerline of the CSX Transportation railroad lines: starting at a point centerline of South Myrtle Avenue at East Tiffin Street, then southerly along the centerline of South Myrtle Avenue and an imaginary extension thereof to the corporation limit as may be extended.
