The Second Ward shall contain all of the corporation territory east of the following line: starting at a point at the centerline of West Laurel Street at the intersection of Dale Avenue then southerly to the centerline of West Tiffin Street, then east to the centerline of East Tiffin Street and the centerline of the CSX Transportation railroad tracks, then southeast along the centerline of the CSX Transportation railroad lines to the corporation limits as may be extended; and all of the corporation territory east and then north of the following line: starting at a point centerline of South Myrtle Avenue at the centerline of East Laurel Street, then north on the centerline of Myrtle Avenue to the intersection of North Myrtle Avenue with the CSX Transportation railroad tracks, then northwest along the centerline of the CSX Transportation railroad tracks to the corporation limits as may be extended.
