The First Ward shall contain all of the corporation territory north of the following line: starting at a point at the centerline of West Laurel Street at South Myrtle Avenue, then westerly to the centerline of Dale Avenue, then south to the centerline of West Tiffin Street, then west to the centerline of Euclid Street, then south to the centerline of West High Street, then west to the centerline of South Main Street, then north to the centerline of West Laurel Street, then west on the centerline of West Laurel Street to the corporation limits as may be extended; and all of the corporation territory west of the following line: starting at a point at the centerline of South Myrtle Avenue at the centerline of West Laurel Street, then north on the centerline of Myrtle Avenue to the intersection of North Myrtle Avenue with the CSX Transportation railroad tracks, then northwest along the centerline of the CSX Transportation railroad tracks to the corporation limits as may be extended.
