There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, that certain code known as the 2005 Ohio Fire Code, based on the 2003 International Building Code (ICC), save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. The same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein and shall be controlling within the City limits from the date on which this section takes effect.
