1335.02   INSPECTOR TO APPROVE DESCRIPTION.
   No permit shall be issued until all zoning and subdivision requirements have been complied with and a suitable description of the work to be done has been submitted to the Building Inspector or a Deputy Building Inspector and approved by him. Every description shall contain a clear statement, as to the size, kind and weight of all pipes, and the position and kind of traps, closets and other fixtures and the installation or alteration of heating, venting and electrical systems. No alteration shall be made in any description or in the work without a special permit in writing from the Building Inspector. Under no circumstances shall any licensee, or any of their employees, act as the agent or representative of the Building Inspector. Reasonable previous notice must be given to the Building Inspector when any work provided for in this Building Code is ready for inspection and the licensee doing the work shall furnish all the necessary labor, material and appliances therefor. The licensee shall remove or repair any defective material or installation when so ordered by the Building Inspector.
