Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Code shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per violation. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
