(a) No person shall erect or build any house, business structure or other building within the fire limits unless the outer wall of the house, business structure or other building is constructed of brick, stone, cement, concrete or other incombustible material, and unless the roof thereof is constructed of slate, metal or other incombustible material.
(b) No person shall erect or build any additions on or to any house, business structure or other building within the fire limits unless the outer walls are of brick, stone, cement, concrete or other incombustible material and unless the roof is of slate, metal, glass or other incombustible material.
