No permit required by the Ohio Administrative Code 4101:08 - Residential Code of Ohio, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards herein adopted shall be issued until the fee prescribed in Chapter 1335 has been paid. No amendment to a permit shall be approved until the additional fee, if any, due to an increase in the estimated cost of the building or structure, has been paid.
