1163.03   PARKING LOT STANDARDS.
   (a)   Access drives or aisles serving internal parking areas shall be at least twelve feet in width to service one-way vehicular traffic, and at least twenty-four feet in width to service two-way vehicular traffic.
   (b)   Each parking space, unless herein provided, shall be a minimum of 162 square feet in area, exclusive of driveway area or aisle, and shall be at least nine feet in width and eighteen feet in length.
   (c)   Compact car spaces shall be a minimum of 140 square feet in area and motorcycle parking spaces shall be a minimum of seventy-two square feet in area.
   (d)   Parking facilities may be located within any required yard, but shall be no closer than six feet from any property or right-of-way line.
   (e)   Parking lots or areas shall have protective curbing or a bumper block around the perimeter of the lot.
   (f)   Parking lots shall be designed so that all vehicles leaving the facility will be travelling forward to approaching traffic, and so that all maneuvering into and out of each parking space takes place entirely within property lines of the parking area.
   (g)   All lighting used to illuminate any parking area shall be arranged so as to reflect the light away from any premises located in a Single-Family Residence District.
   (h)   All spaces shall be adequately marked, and all markings shall be maintained in such a manner so as to be readily visible at all times.
   (i)   Parking lots shall be graded for proper drainage and paved with asphalt or concrete.
