1155.03   YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   Yard requirements in the I-2 District are as follows:
   (a)   Front yard*         50 feet
   (b)   Side yard*         20 feet
   (c)   Rear yard*         40 feet
* See Chapter 1161 for special requirements for required front yards and building projections.
