1149.08   OUTDOOR STORAGE, DISPLAYS AND SALES.
   (a)   No outdoor storage of any objectionable material (useable or waste) shall be permitted.
   (b)   Outdoor displays of large items intended for outdoor use shall be allowed, provided that no items are directly sold from such displays and that no such displays are located within required setbacks. Such displays are not intended to be permanent fixtures. Automobile sales are exempted from the provisions of this section.
   (c)   Outdoor seasonal sales are permitted, provided that sales areas are not located within ten feet of any right-of-way and do not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
   (d)   One temporary structure, such as a tent, may be erected during the sales periods, provided that the structure occupies 400 square feet or less of ground space.
   (e)   Nothing in this section shall prohibit the location of displays sold on the premises under covered walkways which are part of the main building and do not extend more than eight feet beyond the building front facing.
