1149.04   YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   Yard requirements in the B-1 District are as follows:
   (a)   Minimum front yard depth:   40 feet
   (b)   Minimum rear yard depth:   15 feet
   (c)   Minimum side yard depth:   15 feet (25 feet on sides adjacent to a Residence District)
