1133.03 FEES.

   The following fees shall be collected by the City at the time the action with the City is first filed or initiated:

   (a)   Zoning Certificate

      (1)   Residential      $ 25.00   per unit

      (2)   Commercial      100.00   per 15,000 sq. ft. or portion thereof

      (3)   Accessory building, swimming pools and satellite dishes   25.00

      (4)   Change of use      20.00

      (5)   Signs            30.00

      (6)   Wireless telecommunication facilities

         A.   New wireless telecommunication
            tower and related facilities   1,000.00

         B.   New wireless telecommunication
            antenna and facilities only   500.00

            (Reimbursement of expenses - The applicant for a wireless communication tower and/or antenna facility shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by the City for any technical and/or engineering services deemed necessary by the City to perform the reviews required by Sections 1156.01, 1156.02 and 1156.03 which are not covered by the fees set forth above.)

   (b)   Request for Zone Change      300.00

   (c)   Application for Appeal      135.00

   (d)   Application for Variance      135.00

   (e)   Application for Conditional Use   40.00   

   (f)   Performance Requirement Review   50.00   plus reimbursement of specialized review costs

   (g)   Application for Planned Unit Development

      (Including Zoning Certificate)   450.00
