1133.01 RESPONSIBILITY OF CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

(a) It shall be the duty of the Code Enforcement Officer to enforce this Zoning Code. It shall also be the duty of all officials and employees of the City, and especially of all members of the Police Division, to assist the Code Enforcement Officer by reporting to him on new construction, reconstruction or land uses or upon apparent violations.

(b) Appeal from the decision of the Code Enforcement Officer shall be made to the City Manager as provided in the City Charter.
