1131.04 EXEMPTION OF ESSENTIAL SERVICES.

Essential services, as defined in Section 1131.06, shall be permitted as authorized and regulated by general law and the law of the Municipality, it being the intention of this section to exempt such essential services from the application of this Zoning Code. Buildings and land used for existing principal and public utility operations shall be exempt from the provisions of this Zoning Code.
