1119.02 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION GENERALLY.

The design and construction of storm water facilities in the City is under the jurisdiction of the City Manager, the City Development Commission and the City Engineer. Specific design criteria shall be as required by the Rules and Regulations of the Huron County Soil and Water Conservation District, unless specifically superseded herein.
