The developer shall provide underground electrical distribution and street lighting facilities, and underground communication distribution facilities in all new subdivisions. In all cases where underground utilities are installed, street lights shall be included by the developer.
(a) Street light poles and fixtures shall be approved by the City Manager.
(b) Street lights must be located at all intersections and at the neck of every cul-de- sac. At other locations the street lights shall be located to conform with the lighting requirements as set forth in the American National Standard Practice Specification D12.1-1972 entitled "Roadway Lighting". A street lighting plan shall be included as part of the improvement plans.
