(a) Location. Easements for utilities or other purposes shall be located along rear or front lot lines and, where necessary, along side lot lines.
(b) Widths. Easements shall normally be fifteen feet in width, with seven and one- half feet on each side of the lot line. Greater widths may be required if necessitated by unusual circumstances.
