1111.07 FEES.

   The following fees shall be collected by the City at the time the action with the City is first filed or initiated:

   (a)   Lot splits               $ 10.00

   (b)   Subdivision plats

      (1)   Plats for five lots or less      60.00

      (2)   Regular plats            225.00

      (3)   Amended final plat         60.00

   (c)   Stormwater facilities review         400.00 - five acres or less

                        800.00 - six acres or more
