These Subdivision Regulations may be enlarged or amended by Council by ordinance. Prior to adoption of such an ordinance, Council shall hold a public hearing, advertisement of which shall be made at least once in a newspaper of general circulation at least twenty days prior to the hearing. At the public hearing, the Development Commission shall submit its comments and recommendations regarding the proposed amendment.
