1111.04 ADMINISTRATION.

The provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall be administered and enforced by the City Development Commission and the City Manager. Such rules and procedures as are necessary to carry out the provisions of these Regulations may be adopted by the Commission and the City Manager.
