(a) Officials. The Superintendent of the Water Production Division and the Willard Upground Raw Water Storage Reservoir attendants shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Ejectment. The Superintendent and any Reservoir attendants shall have the authority to eject from the Reservoir grounds any person acting in violation of this chapter.
(c) Seizure of Property. The Superintendent and any Reservoir attendants shall have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device used in violation of this chapter on Reservoir grounds.
