961.02 USE OF WATERCRAFT.

Use of watercraft on the Willard Upground Raw Water Reservoir by the general public shall be permitted and authorized subject to the rules and regulations set forth in this chapter and as may be established by the Superintendent of the Water Production Division and the City Manager.
