After final passage, public notice of the new ordinance shall be given in one of the following ways :
(a) By publication, in summary form, one time, in a newspaper of general circulation in the City;
(b) By publication, at length, in a code of revised ordinances which is made available to the public in libraries, in courts and in the Clerk's office;
(c) In the case of appropriation ordinances, by reproduction and distribution as provided in Section 6.08 of this Charter. (Amended Mar. 19, 1996)
