951.31 TRIMMING OF TREES, SHRUBS.

The Superintendent of Buildings and Lands reserves the right to cut, trim down or remove any tree, shrub or bush now planted which becomes unsightly or unkempt. All present trees, shrubs and bushes must be kept well within the boundaries of the lot and must in no way interfere with adjoining lots.
