951.30   TEMPORARY INTERMENT.
   When it is impossible to make immediate permanent interment, the mausoleum may be used as a temporary vault, with permission of the Superintendent of Buildings and Lands, subject to removal upon twenty-four hours notice. The remains of a person dying of a contagious disease may not be placed in a temporary vault. A body placed in a temporary vault shall be encased in a tight, strong and well constructed casket.
