951.21 PURCHASE OF LOTS.

(a) Any person desiring to become a lot owner in Greenwood Cemetery may do so at any time by contacting the office of the Finance Director. Lots in various locations are offered for sale in Greenwood Cemetery. Lots are conveniently divided to provide accommodations for burials.

(b) The City may repurchase from lot owners unused lots at the same price which, under Section 951.01 of the Codified Ordinances, the City is charging for lots at the time of its repurchase.
