(a) When the use of water is discontinued by reason of delinquent payment, there shall be a charge of thirty dollars ($30.00) to resume water service. When service is reconnected after normal business hours (at any time other than non-holiday weekdays of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), there shall be a charge of sixty dollars ($60.00).
(b) When water service is either disconnected or reconnected at the owner’s request, there shall be a charge of twenty dollars ($20.00), unless it is after normal business hours (normal business hours include non-holiday week days of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) in which case the charge shall be sixty dollars ($60.00).
