The first meeting of the newly elected Council shall be held on the first Monday in January following the Municipal election, at which time the new members shall take oath of office and shall enter upon their duties as such. Thereafter, meetings shall be held regularly at a time prescribed by the Council rules, but not less frequently than once each month. All meetings of the Council shall be open to the public, except that executive sessions shall be permitted as provided for in Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. (Amended June 2, 1992)
