923.99    PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 923.14 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
   (b)   Any industrial user or other person who willfully or negligently violates any other provision of this chapter or any orders or permits issued thereunder is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) per violation per day or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
