755.05 EXEMPTION FROM PERMIT REQUIREMENT.

The permit provisions of Section 755.04 shall not apply to or affect any bona fide corporation not for profit with regard to sales conducted on the corporation's real estate. (Ord. 3013. Passed 8-15-88.)
