755.02   MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SALES PER YEAR.
   No person shall hold or permit to be held more than three sales per calendar year of items of personal property on residential real estate owned by or in the possession of such person. For the purposes of this section, “residential real estate” shall mean that property which is zoned residential and contains at least one unit of housing. The specific intent of this section is to limit the combined number of garage sales, yard sales, porch sales and other casual sales to a maximum number of three sales per year per address of residential real estate located within the City, each sale lasting not more than three consecutive days. Sales shall not be extended, nor shall additional sales be permitted, because of inclement weather.
