751.09 RESTORATION OF SUSPENDED OPERATOR’S LICENSE.

Upon showing by a taxicab operator licensee whose license has been suspended, that he or she has in good faith complied with all conditions at any time prior to the time specified in the notice of suspension, his or her license may be restored at any time.
