§ 156.517 MIXED USE RESIDENTIAL.
   (A)   B-1 – Central Business.
      (1)   Dwelling unit. A dwelling will only be permitted within the B-1 district if it is in a structure in which the primary store front is used exclusively as a non-residential use.
      (2)   Parking. A dwelling unit will only be permitted within the B-1 district if it can provide private, off-street parking in accordance with this chapter.
   (B)   B-2 – General Business & B-3 – Limited Business.
      (1)   Dwelling unit. A dwelling unit will only be permitted within the B-2 and B-3 districts if it is in a structure in which commercial uses are also present. The structure cannot be used exclusively for residential uses. Street-facing units at ground-level must be used for commercial purposes.
      (2)   Parking. A dwelling unit will only be permitted within the B-2 and B-3 districts if it can provide private, off-street parking in accordance with this chapter.
