(A) No adult establishment shall be located within 1,000 feet of a church, public or private school, library, child day care center, residential district, residential development, public park, or an establishment with an on-premise North Carolina ABC license.
(B) All windows, doors, openings, etc. shall be covered, screened, or located so that views into the interior are not possible from any public area.
