§ 156.502 PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   Accessory structures in any residential district shall only be established a minimum of three feet behind the front facade (to the side or rear) of the principal structure with which they are associated.
   (B)   Accessory structures in any residential or business zoning district shall not include open storage.
   (C)   Setback requirements are as follows:
      (1)   In the R-20 and R-20A zoning districts: minimum 15 feet from any property line, 50 feet from any side street right-of-way on corner lots.
      (2)   In the R-8 zoning district: minimum ten feet from any property line; 40 feet from any side street right-of-way on corner lots.
      (3)   In the R-6 zoning district: minimum ten feet from any property line; 30 feet from any side street right-of-way corner lot.
      (4)   In the B-1 zoning district: no required setback for property lines adjoining other B-1 zoned parcels. Ten feet setbacks for property lines adjoining other zoning districts.
      (5)   In all other non-residential zoning districts: minimum 10 feet from any property line.
   (D)   Residential accessory structures shall not exceed the total square footage of the footprint of the principle dwelling and no more than two residential accessory structures shall be permitted per lot. This standard shall not apply to residential accessory structures on lots exceeding two acres in size.
   (E)   Accessory structures shall not cover more than 30% of the side and rear yard in residential districts.
