§ 156.155  HISTORIC DISTRICT OVERLAY REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Permitted uses. All uses permitted in the underlying zoning district shall be permitted in the historic overlay district.
   (B)   Regulation of exterior features. No exterior portion of any building or other structure, nor above-ground utility structure, nor any type of on-premise sign, nor important landscape, or natural features may be erected, altered, restored, moved, or demolished within a historic overlay district until and after a certificate of appropriateness has been approved by the Historic Preservation Commission according to the requirements of § 156.157.
