(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided by G.S. § 14-4. Each day of violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty to be recovered by the Town of Wilkesboro in the sum as referenced in the town’s schedule of fees, which is updated annually, for each violation payable within 10 days after the person has been cited for validation of this subchapter.
(C) This subchapter may be enforced by each and every remedy enumerated in G.S. § 153A-123(d), (e), provisions being incorporated herein by reference.
