It shall be unlawful for any person to use, manufacture, produce, process, store, bury, transport, transfer, receive, acquire, own or possess radioactive materials or other pollutants in the Town of Wilkesboro or on its watershed, except persons involved in the use of radiation machines or radioactive materials for medical diagnosis or treatment.
