§ 50.018 WHEN AND BY WHOM TAPS TO BE MADE.
   After permits have been issued and the required amount of fees have been paid, the Director of Public Works shall be notified that permits have been issued, and it shall then be his or her duty to make taps or cause taps to be made as soon as practicable after he or she has received notice from the Town Clerk that the permits have been issued.
