(A) The Board of Commissioners hereby extends to all eligible employees of the town and eligible groups and classes of employees the benefits authorized by Title II of the Federal Social Security Act, as amended, and as authorized by G.S. Art. 2, Ch. 135.
(B) The Board of Commissioners hereby ratifies anew the plan heretofore submitted to and ratified by the state agency, as the plan may have been amended from time to time, under the provisions of G.S. § 135-23, and a true copy of the plan is and shall remain on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
