§ 33.03 CLAIM AGAINST TOWN AS OFFSET FOR PENALTY OR TAXES AND THE LIKE.
   No claim against the town will be received as an offset for a penalty or taxes or any other amount due the town, unless the claim has been audited and approved by an order of the Treasurer.
