§ 33.01 PRESENTATION OF ACCOUNTS AND THE LIKE TO BOARD FOR ACTION.
   All accounts, complaints and requests for the action of the Board of Commissioners shall be filed with the Town Clerk in writing; all claims against the town shall be sworn to before the Town Clerk or another person authorized to administer an oath before being considered by the Board of Commissioners.
