(A) Minor works may be reviewed and approved by the Minor Works Committee in accordance with the review criteria established in the Commission’s Design Review Guidelines. The Minor Works Committee will consist of 1 Commission member and the Planning Director.
(B) No denial of a certificate of appropriateness is allowed without formal action by the Commission.
(C) In any event, the action of the Minor Works Committee will be reported at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission.
