§ 32.080 GENERAL RULES.
   The Historic Preservation Commission of the Town of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, shall be governed by the terms of G.S. §§ 160A-400.1 et seq., and by the terms of the Town of Wilkesboro Historic Preservation Ordinance enacted by the Town of Wilkesboro Board of Commissioners on April 5, 2004, and any amendments thereto.
