(A) Any funds remaining in the account of the Bureau, if the Bureau is dissolved, shall at the end of the fiscal year revert to the Town of Wilkesboro.
(B) No member or agent of the Bureau shall be involved either directly or indirectly in any contract with the Bureau.
(C) These bylaws, or any part thereof, may be amended by a 2/3 affirmative vote of the members of the Bureau present and voting, provided a quorum is present and upon approval of the Town Board of Wilkesboro.
