(A) The fiscal year for the Bureau shall begin on July 1 and end June 30 of the subsequent calendar year.
(B) All disbursement checks shall contain 2 signatures. The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and the Treasurer shall have authority to sign checks.
(C) All funds of the Bureau in excess of $100 shall be deposited daily to the credit of the Bureau in banks or depositories as the Town of Wilkesboro may select.
(D) The Bureau may accept on behalf of the Bureau any contribution, gift, bequest or device for the purpose of the Bureau.
(E) All matters of fiscal control shall be in accordance with those of the Town of Wilkesboro and the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina.
