(A) There shall be 3 standing committees and other special committees as needed. The committee shall consist of not more than 3 members of the Bureau.
(B) The standing committees are appointed by the Chairperson and will be:
(1) Marketing Committee: The Marketing Committee shall prepare and submit to the Bureau for approval an annual program to advertise and promote tourism and convention development.
(2) Budget and Finance Committee: The Budget and Finance Committee shall monitor all financial affairs of the Bureau and shall submit a proposed annual budget.
(3) Administrative Committee: The Administrative Committee shall be chaired by the Board Chairperson to oversee personnel, contracts and related matters.
